Windows 10 is the new version of the operating system in the Windows operating system series that was released in July 2015. It’s a great operating system with some new features that are really great. Windows 10 sets up a measured connection differently than Windows 8 or 8.1. Don’t worry today, we’ve got a trick here to easily set up a measured Wi-Fi connection on Windows 10.

Step 1. First, make sure you are connected to a Wi-Fi network before performing this procedure. Otherwise it won’t work.
Step 2. Now click on the WLAN symbol in the notification area of the task bar. The connection menu will then open.
Step 3. Now click here on the Network settings and this opens a new menu.

Step 4. Here you can see the Wi-Fi network you are connected to and we will continue from here.
Step 5. Now click on Expanded options because this has all the options we have to play with.
Step 6. You will see an option button to activate the option for Set up the measurement connection This activates the measured connection in your Windows 10 installation.
Step 7. Now switch on the measurement connection.
Step 8. That’s it! Now simply restart your device and the next time you connect to this network, it will be used as the measurement connection.
